It is high time Joe Bush were elected to the Hall of Fame. He has been a legendary scout for All-Age handlers since his childhood and done it with skill and integrity. He rides like the wind. He will gladly help any handler in need of a scout and he knows his craft as proved by the many Champions who earned their titles with him riding as scout.
