Goes west parallel to a fenced-off sand road on right to a fenced corner then south to a fenced corner then east along fenced property line perpendicular to a north-south gas pipeline right-of-way until it intersects the right-of-way of Route 247 and then north-east along it to a turn west 90 degrees rising to intersect the same gas pipe-line right-of-way and turning south along it to is end.
